These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Chacon Enterprises ("Plasti AI," "we," "us," or "our") for your use of the Plasti AI mobile app and plastiai.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least the age of majority where you live to purchase a subscription. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
Plasti AI is a personal-development tool. It generates audio visualizations, affirmations, loopable tapes, subliminals, an AI chat, and journaling prompts to help you practice new self-talk. It is intended for general wellbeing and self-improvement only. Plasti AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Plasti AI is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The price and any introductory offer are shown to you at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Content in the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and personalized from the inputs you provide. AI output can be imperfect, repetitive, or not exactly what you expected. You use generated content at your own discretion. Generated content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the Service.
Voice cloning is optional. If you use it, you confirm that the voice you record is your own, or a voice you have the legal right and explicit consent to use. You grant us permission to process your sample solely to create and operate your voice model. You can delete your voice model at any time in Settings. You must not use voice cloning to impersonate any person or to create misleading, unlawful, or harmful content.
You keep ownership of the content you create, such as your goals, journal entries, and saved affirmations ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and personalize the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it with us.

The Service, including the Plasti AI name, the clay mascot, brand, design, software, and all content we provide (other than Your Content), belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not grant you any other rights.
The Service relies on third parties such as Apple, our AI and voice providers, and analytics and infrastructure providers. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, or life change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plasti AI and Chacon Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plasti AI and Chacon Enterprises from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person, including in your use of voice cloning.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless your local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
